1.LCD printing molding is to use resin consumables for printing. After printing, there will be residual resin consumables on the surface of the model, which must be treated after the model, and 90% ethanol must be used for cleaning and scouring.



2.LCD printing platform is small, which can not be integrated into printing large-volume model.



3. Resin belongs to chemical items, resin will volatilize different kinds of odor, with trace toxicity, must be applied under the specified environment.



SLA(Laser Scanning Stereoforming Technology)



Advantage:



1. High printing accuracy, close to industrial level SLA and fast molding speed.



2. High machine performance, high content of automatic feeding technology, and stable forming combination between layers.



3. Suitable for different resin, flexible, rigid, adjustable and other resin consumables



Disadvantage:



1. Compared with FDM and LCD equipment, the equipment has higher price and higher maintenance cost.



2.SLA equipment has high difficulty in debugging, frequent maintenance and maintenance.



3.SLA resin consumables need to be used with specified wavelength consumables, which are of high price.
